Summary

Summary
Life was easier for Apollo Justice back in ancient times when he was worshipped as the god of the sun, truth, justice, and music. Unfortunately those days are over, and he's just a poor, lowly defense attorney, trying to use the now sad remnants of his once awesome power to fight the Dark Age of the Law.
Things are different for Klavier Gavin, previously known as Cupid, the god of love and lust. His powers haven't become quite as weak as many of the other gods', but they come with their own set of burdens. Honestly, he just wishes he could be rid of them. Upon hearing this, Apollo comes up with a suggestion that might just benefit them both: what if they swapped powers? And if Apollo is going to gain the ability to spread love wherever he goes, he may as well find someone for Klavier so he can finally stop looking so sad and lonely every time he smiles. It's the perfect plan... in theory.

Summary
It isn't that strange that Apollo's soulmark would be in English; after all, he plans to go back some day. Except by the time he grows up, he is hearing the important word almost every day.
It isn't until Klavier is nine that he realizes his soulmark is in Khura'inese. This is a bit troublesome, especially when he finds himself falling for Apollo Justice, who probably can't speak a word of the language.
And yet somehow, things tend to work out in the end.

Summary
When Apollo finds out that Klavier slips into fluent German when he’s absolutely exhausted, he asks Klavier to teach him a little bit of the language so he can understand him when they’re spending work-related late nights together. Discovering what Klavier has been saying to him when they’re alone, however, has Apollo learning more than he bargained for.
