Summary

The title is literal, so this is mostly centred around life in the Wards rather than fighting villains for the fate of the world.

Summary
Taylor Hebert isn't supposed to die in the locker. When she does, someone realises that something is going very wrong with that particular instance of Earth Bet. Luckily death isn't as much of an ending as most people believe. Taylor is contacted by a group of people specialising in putting in a helping hand. The world won't know what hit it when she comes out of the locker with powers, training and backup.

Summary
Transmigrated after catching a stray in a robbery, Val Vega wakes in Brockton Bay a year before Taylor Triggers. Regressed back to his teens, with a suspiciously foolproof background in the world he woke up in, Val must navigate the frankly ridiculous cape drama while trying to buy enough time for his out of context tinker abilities from Pandora to pay dividends.
Slightly slow ramp up, undecided pairings or if there will even be pairings. You can expect this fic to be a little lighter than Parahumans typically is. I tend to like at least a veneer of reasonable explanation for my fics, so I'll likely try to make up pseudo-science to explain various phenomenon. I'm by no means a scientist, so suspend your disbelief.
