Summary
Harrow tugged the business card from its clip and flipped it around. Something about it made an instant swooping sensation in her stomach.
The card featured a red-haired woman with an undercut. A heavy tool was slung over her shoulder like it weighed nothing. Her white, cuffed shirt was streaked with dirt, evidence of hard labor, and the flex of her more-than-impressive bicep was impossible to ignore. The photo cut off just below her waist, but not before revealing a glimpse of well-worn, high-waisted work pants.
Dark, stretched suspenders clung to her shoulders, keeping her shirt tucked in place. Her face was scrunched slightly on one side, a knowing wink aimed at the camera.
"Baby I deliver. I get the job done!
Call me for whatever you need around the house."Harrow scoffed with the card in her hand, gripping it a little too tight. How presumptuous. How inappropriate. How infuriating.
Or, Harrow has a mid-life crisis and move to the countryside. Little does she know, the local handywoman is an absolute babe. It makes her life hard.
