Summary
To say Tango knew what he was doing would be a massive overstatement.
Throughout this life game, Tango has been ignored by his soulmate, made many mistakes, and only keeps feeling worse the more time that passes in a way that has nothing to do with the ever-ticking clock in the background. He just wants to feel wanted, loved for a night, and since Jimmy is⎯ Well, no one really knows what is going on with him⎯ Tango decides to turn to two men he’s confident he can trust.
The Mean Gills certainly weren’t expecting this late night visitor.

Bdubs has done well for himself, thank you very much! He's got a ship, he's got business, he's got friends! A man needs nothing more in the grand universe.
It's hard being a human in the great beyond; a new species to the intergalactic community means poachers, a black market, and an everpresent danger.
The solution? Simple! Don't be a human.
Obviously, it's not going to be as easy as that. Not when he finds himself joining the crew of the Hermit Craft, not when he learns he's not quite alone.

The kid frowns at him. Finally, slowly, he says, “Mumbo?”
That’s- that sounds- it can’t be- “Not Jumbolio?” Grian asks, straightening.
“No,” Mumbo says, and Grian sinks back, groaning.
“Aw, great,” he whines. “I’m just looking for someone who knows redstone, and I think I’ve got the kid, but instead it’s just you.”

Grian isn’t panicking.
There’s nothing to panic about, okay? He’s fine. He’s absolutely, totally, fine.
Sure, he- he might not know where he is, and he might not have his communicator, and he might be pretty certain that Pearl and Joel and Jimmy are going to think that he just left, that he chickened out, but-
He’s-
Fine.
