Summary
On the night of the Cannery Fire Silco leaves Powder's fate up to his men, leading to her being thrown into a watery grave....or at least that's what everyone believes. Instead Powder finds herself thrown into the depths of the slum sewers, a place where those too strange even for the undercity reside. There she meets with a certain giant talking rat named Twitch, who takes her under his wing after she is heavily mutated by a (forceful) dip into a Chempit.
AKA. Feral Monster Girl Powder living as Twitch's roommate + best bud. Lightcannon at some point once certain people figure out she's still alive.
