Every time he opens his eyes he misses his son and the warmth that leaves him when he is awake. It drives him crazy.

"Hello?" A small voice called from the beginning of the alley ,
Tony took a breath, trying to keep his consciousness, but it was hard considering the amount of blood he was losing . He looked up from his injury and saw a kid teenager not older than twelve towards him .
The unknown kid said when he finally got a full view of Tony's injury.
"Oh my God, there's so much blood !!"
"We need to get you to the hospital! " Was said in panic tone
"No , no hospitals!"Or
What if tony didn't recruit Spider-Man in civil war, and he never met peter.
Their first mission after fixing the accords with the rouge goes wrong .English is not my first language, so sorry in advanced :)

Summary
What if Peter had white wings? Admittedly, they’d suit him— at least society would think so. Of course, a boy as kind and good as Peter Parker should have pure white wings.
But would they really suit him? No.
Personally, Tony thought a pair of black wings would suit him best.Maybe grey wings? Tony could live with a nice, soft grey; anything but a blinding white.
Maybe Peter could be a Mourning Dove with brown and grey wings. Or maybe a Finch? Or some other friendly bird that didn't have white wings— not that the kind of bird wings you had meant anything, of course.
Tony blew out a breath and rolled onto his side, blankly staring at the wall.
No, that wasn’t right. No matter what Peter’s wings looked like, Tony would adore them because they were Peter’s, and that was the important part.
No matter what, if and when Peter showed Tony his wings, he’d like them.
(or i finally decided to write a wingfic. feat. peter working up the courage to finally show tony his wings, and tonys really good at being a mentor/dad (and putting his foot in his mouth. and making assumptions))

The picture changed again, and Pepper gasped sharply.
Tony Stark lay flat on his back.
The billionaire subsequently breathed in and blinked awake in a half startled grunt. Pepper and Happy watched in frozen shock as Tony watched the ceiling a moment before turning his head to the side. Then his head went back again, and he closed his eyes with a groan. The camera trailed over to the source of Tony’s displeasure. There at his side, still unconscious, was Captain Steve Rogers.

Several months after Civil War, a new threat presents itself, in which Tony, Steve, Peter, Sam, Wanda, Clint, Natasha, Bruce and Bucky are captured and thrown together on an Island that had been manufactured by Hydra. Trapped, The Avengers have no other choice but to rely on both their wits and one another as they brave the elements, face off against new foes eager to make a name for themselves, and of course, try and make their way home alive.
(So far, the only thing they can agree on is keeping spider kid from dying, which is a pretty low bar, but it’s a start.)
Oh, and they have no idea that their every move is being filmed and broadcasted live on national television.
