After enduring an what felt like an eternity of punishment in Mu, reliving every death he caused as Kira, Light Yagami is given an unexpected second chance. Jason turned, refusing to let himself get riled up. Instead, he glanced over at where Thalia began to make a paper airplane and then looked back at his apparent stalker.
“I didn’t sneak out,” he said. “I have permission from Pluto to leave as I wish. It is my right as a spirit of Elysium.”
The boy clicked his tongue. “I see,” he said, and looked at Thalia with a sad sort of smile. “And how is that going?” Jason didn’t answer. He didn’t have to. He didn’t know who this was - if it was a god, spirit, or something else entirely. “Do you know who I am?” the stranger asked as if reading his mind.
Jason ignored him. It was time to go. He wouldn’t enjoy his time with Thalia if he was being harassed for the entirety of it. Could he visit Piper again? Or would this guy follow him there too?
Just as he stepped away, the boy laughed. “Luke Castellan,” he called. “If you were wondering.”

Mace isn't in the business of caring about what others think of him, so it's never been anything to worry about. Personally, he enjoys his omega status and his body, even if it hasn't been responding to an alpha how it used to. Then he meets Jaster, and it does. Too much.

Running across the rooftops of Paris was where she felt most free, feeling the wind on her face, and breathing in the wide open sky. That feeling of freedom was rare, and the exercise always brought her such relief that she found herself out at night more and more often just for the sake of it.
Not exactly the safest way to proceed when you are a villain trying to stay out of the radar of Papillon and his heroes, maybe, but she’d done pretty well so far.

“He’s not,” Roy says darkly, anticipating the coming headache. “At least to my knowledge.”
“Then why the fuck,” Ed says, voice rising in volume with every word, “is he sitting on my couch, eating all my DAMN CHIPS!”
The last remark is clearly directed towards someone in the next room, who Roy is dearly hoping is not actually the Emperor of Xing.
“Ah,” Roy says faintly, “I have no idea.”
