Summary
Jon had never been good at practicing healthy coping mechanisms. Ever since he was a young boy, Jon has been trying to learn how to deal with his emotions in a way that he might actually benefit from.
The burns started when he was thirteen or so.
Or, Jon finds that subtly burning himself feels more comforting than it should.

Summary
Jon has nightmares on a nightly basis, yes. Some nights, after he abruptly awakes, panicked and fearful, he’ll simply sit there, failing to will away the hellish images his mind provides him with.
Most nights, though, he finds himself standing at Martin’s open bedroom door, just shy of passing over the threshold that taunts him. Mocking him for the way his heart tugs at the sight of Martin sleeping peacefully, how Jon so desperately wishes to curl up beside him- to be wrapped in his comforting arms, free of nightmares.
He hated entertaining the thought, brutally aware of its impossibility.
That is, until he was made -very- aware, that it apparently isn’t as impossible as he’d originally thought.
Or, Sleepy cuddles and sleepy kisses? Absolutely.
Or or, I had an au idea and just had to write it.

Summary
Martin has been noticing the way that Jon seems to be getting more distant that usual, he doesn’t even seem to be touching the tea Martin makes for him. He really didn’t know what to expect when he walked into the small kitchen area of the Magnus Institute, Jon just standing in front of the counter, unmoving, drifting.
Or, Jon manages to hurt himself in a sleep-deprivation induced accident, and Martin helps to bandage the wound. Some conversation and a lot of hand holding ensues.

After being assigned a new stressful and confusing case, Gavin and Nines, both sleep deprived and under stupid amounts of stress, let it get to them, causing some not-so-fun times.
