Their voice soft and melodic, like the singing of sirens of the dark sea.

“Kids? Can you hear me?” The ghost stepped forward, and Strawberry immediately ducked behind Gingerbrave, “I mean no harm. Let me guide you out, alright? Hello?”

“This place is dangerous, or are you looking for someone?” The faceless stranger laughed sweetly, too sweetly, “hello there? Earthbread to kiddos?”

At the prospect of help, Gingerbrave, ever the brave one, reluctantly looked up, “hello? Who— Who are you?”

Somehow, the moment his eyes met the shadow, it vanished.

    Or
The Spire of Knowledge had been the resting place of the Fount of Knowledge for thousands of years. Whether Gingerbrave and friends knew the ghost following them was him, however, was a different story.

    Summary

Shadow Milk was not a man who understood the concept of mercy.

To him, it was a word soaked in bitterness, a concept so foreign and sharp, stinging even in thought. Mercy never came for him when he needed it most. Now, with the collapse of his spire, Shadow Milk is left with nothing except a hand, soft and steady, extended in the wake of ruin. But trust doesn’t rebuild itself overnight. Not after betrayal. Not after not knowing anything else for centuries.

It falls to Pure Vanilla to tend to wounds long left to rot. But does a mere healer such as himself have the ability to achieve that?

    Summary

The world of Earth bread has had its fair share of legends, ones that drift into nothing more than myths use to scare freshly baked children. One of those legends were the monstrous beast, said to be so evil they had been imprisoning in a Silver Tree.

Thing about most legends is there is always a hint of truth to them.

That's what the ancients learn early on in their adventures, finding these so-called beast cookies however unlike all the stories that were told, it was clear what these cookies needed was a bit of kindness.
Years after the Dark Flour War, three sibling cookies are baked again, searching for answer to where they came from and exactly who's voice were they hearing. Unknowing landing in a world of power, living gods and trying to find what is the truth.

    Summary

In which Sage of Truth-esque Shadow Milk (not a soul jam holder) finds himself as the Beast of Deceit

Shadow Milk was a ‘normal cookie’; he often found it funny that he shared the same name as a character from a novel he read. Friends and students alike frequently teased him for it. But alas, he was a teacher at heart, and there was no way in his mind that he would torment someone so kind-hearted who believed in the truth.

After all, Pure Vanilla was such a charming character that he was swayed by his lowest and cried at his peaks when he overcame his suffering.

This is why it was distressing to find himself as an astral projection watching over Pure Vanilla in a world where he was still known as “Healer Cookie.”

With a book in his hands, he was given a checklist of requirements. Oh- He was Shadow Milk Cookie, from the novel. Shouldn’t he be given a script? Witches, where would he even begin? He was a performer at heart, but in something so life-like, he might have been given an impossible task.

Please let this be a lie, or a dream. Yes, a dream was better.
