Summary
Per the instructions provided by Lord Potter, upon his death, his last will is to be read in a full Wizengamot session, with representatives from the press, and ICW in attendance. If any attempt is made to seal his will or bypass his instructions, Lord Potter stated every vault will be gifted to the Goblin Nation, and every Lordship he has will be announced a dead line with no successor. The following are his requirements:
1. The Goblins are to notify The Prophet and The Quibbler of the instructions for his will.
2. His will is to be read, in full, before the full Wizengamot, within 14 days of his death.
3. Every beneficiary is to be included in the reading, as well as representatives from The Quibbler and The Prophet, and a minimum of 3 ICW representatives.
4. Any attempt to seal his will, access his accounts, or bypass his final wishes, will result in the entirety of the Potter, Peverell, Black, and Slytherin vaults to be gifted to the Goblin nation, and the requirements for the Lordships to be made fully inaccessible for all future generations.”
