Summary
Ever since Steve Rogers was defrosted he has been protective of his shield; even going so far as to beat anyone who takes it from him. He's not mentally stable and only Clint Barton, the man with the eyes of a hawk, sees that Steve isn't as well as what he's been letting on.
After a few relapses, Steve is doing better with therapy and then the Winter Soldier makes his move. But there is something haunting about those familiar eyes.
