It was late at night and Valentine’s Day was tomorrow. Surely the usually cool and nonchalant Yusaku couldn’t care less about such a day. So Yusaku really had no business making a mess in the kitchen trying to make a decent batch of chocolates. Normally, that would be the case, but this year was different.

Sora couldn't frankly say that his day had started out strangely. If he thought back about his day, he could remember waking up, eating some coconuts for a morning snack while Mom was busy making a real breakfast.
He could remember all that, but like, as if... through a fog. Weird. So weird, but somehow-
Perhaps that's why he almost immediately accepted it when the voice from the sky, somewhere up above, the voice of somebody unseen, but not any kind of god - somehow, instinctively, in his heart of hearts Sora knew that- called itself his friend.
Not that it was a difficult choice, really, anyhow - Sora loved making any new friends.
