Summary
After only five years of partnership, Cavendish figured he knew all he needed to know about his partner. But there are parts Dakota keeps secret, not just to protect himself but others as well. One of those secrets is moving in the shadows, ready to strike and do battle with Dakota. Very soon, Cavendish will find himself caught in the crossfire, and he'll have to make some tough decisions after finding some dark secrets.

Milo already knows how he wants to spend his summer vacation: hanging out with his friends, going on dates with his new girlfriend, and maybe a few time travel missions if he can convince Cavendish and Dakota. But nothing quite prepares him for the adventures that summer brings. New friends hide strange secrets, a dangerous foe is more than meets the eye, and for every mystery solved, a fresh one takes its place.
