Summary
Far, far away from spawn, Phil finds a place to stay, and finds a bit more than he signed up for.
Halfway across the world Cellbit is losing his mind.
Fit and Cellbit discuss his sore back and visions, whilst Felps, Maximus, Bad, and Baghera plan another break-in. Bad continues to struggle with addiction and treats Foolish like a willing anchor. Chayanne makes whichever parent in charge of him and Tallulah check his stasis pearl at least once every hour. And, amidst worsening memories- Baghera kicks her brother in the ass until he gets therapy, enables Cellbit, and misses her star. She even sleeps, which can't be said for her flockmates.
Going it alone, Etoiles begins to question the foundations of his life: whether he has ever effectively lived on his own with no direction before, whether he can stoop to the Federation's level in order to beat them, whether this thing with Phil is good, or whether it is adding to his complex about Elytrians, death, and his own self-worth.
It's probably just because his tail is growing back. That, and the overwhelming need to pass out at sundown.
He's great at ignoring his body's warning signs though. It shouldn't be a problem.
