One interesting fact about the English language is that it's remarkably easy to mistake certain words for others. The way we pronounce our Ds and our Js, for example, have some amount of overlap. In a summoning ritual, this fact becomes increasingly important, as demons do not speak (nor do they care to learn how to speak) English. This is why it is important to enunciate when attempting a proper summoning. In fact, it's best to spell out the name just to be sure.

Grian and Mumbo attempt to summoning Jrumbot to get the whole family back together. Things go... sideways. As it turns out, Jrumbot and Drumbot sound rather similar. (And, also, Jrumbot doesn't really have a soul to summon. The summoning just latched on to the next best thing.)

He got used to being sick alone. And it wasn't just from being chronically ill, but he got used to not letting anyone in, either. Easier to be sharp and look unafraid. Easier even when it meant dragging himself from room to room on bad days, sitting on the floor of the shower out of energy.
