Summary
He must have watched some of them rise this morning, through the slanted blinds of Eighty’s kitchen window. His nominally favorite balloon, the purple one, is somewhere behind them by now, but that green one looks familiar. And the gold one, too.
Purpled tries to count them as, from the back seat of a stranger’s car, he is carried away from the city he has known his entire life.
Or: an ill-fated Bedwars match gets Purpled uprooted from his life in Hypixel, and he’s sent to live with his estranged brother. The world slowly falls apart.
