Her mind was fogging up with thoughts of long legs and big green eyes and wide smiles and she needed to get a grip before she did something stupid. She had barely breached acquaintances with one of the few people in town who didn’t glare daggers at her when she walked into a room, the last thing she needed to do was something asinine like develop feelings for the girl.

Henry starts riding the bus to school and Regina kinda hates it until she realizes his bus stop just so happens to be in the middle of Ruby Lucas's morning running route. Staying neutral is proving to be much more difficult than planned, especially when Ruby keeps accidentally endangering herself in Regina's presence. Set in the winter following the first curse.
