Slowburn with a healthy dose of angst, whump, and smut.
Rose was months from freedom. After 10 years living a double life under a tyrant's thumb, all she had to do was outlast the contract that kept her trapped. She'd leave with nothing but her name, the only part of herself she'd managed to keep secret from the world, but she would be free. The only joy she'd been able to carve out for herself in those years was the rush of the fight, of screaming in unison with the masses, of momentum... It was the promise of freedom that kept her going. Wasn't it?
The crowd was all she knew. She was forever surrounded by the masses, and yet so alone.
The Doctor was adrift. He'd been adrift for years, searching for something. Anything. He'd been everywhere trying to find it, and he knew it was out there. He just didn't know what IT was. He'd devoted himself to medicine, and then traveling, and then the stars, and while he loved them all, something was still missing.
When the two of them meet in a crowd, both of them are immediately struck with the thought, "There you are." But as they fall together faster than the speed of gravity, will they be able to hold on?

There are a lot of weird things that happen at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Some of them can be chalked up to simple teenage chaos. Others are not so easily explained; like that giant snake that terrorised the students in 1992, or the disaster that was the 1994 Triwizard Tournament.
A few instances, though, didn’t fit into either category. And they all had a common factor: the kooky Astronomy teacher. Owen Harper wasn’t sure where exactly Professor Smith came from, but all he knew was at the start of his third year (after a wonderful year with the previous astronomy teacher, Professor Sinistra) the lanky, strange man was standing in the classroom, beaming like there was no tomorrow.
Since that day, Owen has had some - well, odd encounters with his professor.

He watched as Jake leaned forward, sniffing at the potion, as Professor Suh continued to go around the classroom, everyone completely oblivious to Sunghoon’s inner turmoil. Jake seemed to perk up in surprise at recognizing whatever it was that he smelled, and Sunghoon’s stomach twisted in some ugly feeling as he watched redness creep its way up Jake’s neck.
Jake turned to him then, eyes meeting his own. The ugly knot in his stomach was replaced with hundreds of thousands of bright, colourful butterflies, as Jake’s gaze raked over Sunghoon’s face, and the inferno that was Sunghoon’s cheeks burned so brightly it could rival the sun.///
