The darkness is unending as Izuru lies there. Frozen. Warmth is still pooling around him and the soft hum of the chambers can be heard rhythmically pulsating from all sides.
What happened? Did something go wrong with the machine? Nothing feels particularly different from before he went in. It feels like mere seconds ago that he laid down in the eerie chamber with the others but his body tells a different story. Days. Weeks. How long had he been confined and powerless? Did this mean Junko had been successful in her ploy?

The story of what happens after the survivors of Class 77 wake up from the Neo World Program. It will follow every day of their lives for the first year of their recovery and will be filled with their ups and downs as they slowly build themselves back up from the program, their lives and their losses to find a new home and family with each other. (Despite how angsty the tags look its not as angsty as it sounds - for the most part...)

He wouldn’t confuse Hinata and give him so many mixed signals.
No, it’s much more likely that he knows how Hinata feels and is disgusted with him.

Summary
Hajime Hinata, whose consciousness is not stable or whole enough to support itself after the Neo World Program, continues to take a backseat in his own body.
Kamukura experiences some issues that come with having not enough control over its own body.
Class 77-b copes with both the despair of their own actions and not having either of the people that brought them together as a group with them anymore. They begin to heal themselves in the hopes that they can help the one that can come back to them, that they need to come back to them to be that steadying, solid presence.
If he chooses to do so, of course.
The thing in his place is steadfast, not quite what they are looking for when they scan red eyes and blank features, but will suffice for now.

Summary
Three months after the World Destroyer and inhabiting the island, Hinata Hajime has rarely spoken a handful of words to Komaeda Nagito. Wanting to reignite their friendship, Hinata stumbles to even simply suggest hanging out again just like they used to within the simulation as normal. But things will never be just like the simulation again. Things have changed. And so has the relationship between them. Feelings change, thoughts become confused and muddled together. Then, a new type of relationship blossoms, slowly, but it hits Hinata's heart like a burst of fireworks.
Short: Slow burn Hinata and Komaeda romance. Long chapters, long story, planned for a long time to come. I'm hoping to write over 50+ chapters.
Currently being written. Uploaded chapters 1-14 at the same time.
Once smut is introduced, it is frequent. Enjoy.

Everything has been a lot better since I woke up from the simulation. There are still ups and downs—there always are—but I can confidently say I’ve improved a lot. I’m stronger than I was back then, even if I don’t always feel like it.
There are still bad days, though; days where I can’t even get out of bed; days where doing anything feels like a chore; days where everything feels heavy, like there’s no point in trying, and my thoughts keep dragging me back to every mistake I’ve ever made.
But those days don’t last forever.

Summary
“I wanted to talk to you. Extend my thanks. You know… for my hand, and everything.” Nagito’s voice was shaky and unsure, lacking the edge it had lately. It was like a window back to before the killing game. Hajime could tell Nagito was nervous, and somehow all Hajime could hear was the guy who’d helped him on the island, and confessed his love for him. Every negative thought he had for Nagito dissipated for a moment.
Hajime took a deep breath, before taking slow steps to the door. He had ultimate luck too, he remembered, though he wondered whether this meeting would be his own luck, or Nagito’s.
The door swung open, leaving Hajime face-to-face with the him. It felt reminiscent of when Nagito had woken him up so long ago—the first thing Hajime could focus on was his beautiful features again. Being faced with such a lovely sight, it was like he’d lost his thoughts and memories all over again. Then, his first thought was about how stupid and awestruck he currently looked, so he shook his head, and acted without thinking.
“No problem, come in.”

Hajime wakes up, and that’s the only memory he has.
Trapped on an island with a handful strangers, Hajime tries to find his place in the group as they struggle with the reality that not only are they trapped here until further notice, but they’ve developed some… strange mutations during their time spent comatose.
His mission for answers about his own past leads to secrets that were better left undiscovered, and puts the lives of all his new friends in danger. He’s caught in a race against time to save his friends from the people who trapped them here, organizations that want them dead, and a mysterious force trying to turn them against each other. The world is a lot different than they remember it, there may be more to the gaps in their memory than they originally thought.
Hajime’s not sure this whole ‘super power’ thing is all it’s cracked up to be, but he’s trying his best.
