Arlee was aware of the Cult of C’Thiris, had been since close to the start of his journey. He had been told to watch out for them, but their relevance to his adventure had gone almost as quickly as they’d arrived.
Things had stayed that way until he learnt about the Tomb of C’Thiris. Now a Portal Knight, First Class, it was his duty to protect Elysia and investigate it for signs of a threat. Totally not because he was curious, and figured “why not?”
Turns out, the biggest threat was the one to his sanity.

Summary
In the days of old, each set of armour had its purpose, expertly crafted and with a strict set of rules as to who was able to wear it, along with the circumstances for doing so. 100ish years later, these rules have all but vanished, along with the wearers.
A young Apprentice discovers these various uniforms of old. Some look cool, some have nice effects, and some aren’t Mage compatible. Certain Spectral Knights can’t believe they are so unbothered with the history of the armour.
Or, the Spectral Knights' opinions on garments are governed by an era of lore. Arlee’s are by style and stat boosts.

Archmage Arlee, Portal Knight, was used to monitoring the goings on in Elysia, be it a gathering of potentially hostile creatures or a crashed asteroid full of cores to study. What she wasn’t used to was eggs appearing all over one of the islands, with a prompt to collect them.
She may be confused, but she’s a Portal Knight, and she has a job to do.
