"What? No, I just brought him here, he’s waiting to be let in.” The other replied to him, “I got to get back to my player, I promised her I’d be back too soon.”
The talking ceased, leaving the player back into dark silence, until he began feeling his body, being able to move his limbs, and eventually open his eyes.
“Ah, perfect, you are alive!” He opened his eyes, benign met with a black figure, the only color being their glowing eyes and swirling bits of magic in their legs. “It’s time we get to work.” -

This is based on Calvin’s Minecraft: From the Fog series (mostly season 2 because it was poppin’). You spawn into his abandoned world, his base overgrown, his village in disrepair, and peculiarities that have sprouted from the late dusk’s thick grey blanket plague the rest of the world. He still roams the world, and so do the others that were there with him, haunting whoever had the inconvenience of existing there.
Whatever happened to him, and why? The story lies ingrained in the world’s existence, a script in need of deciphering. He communicates with you and tries to help you survive, but he can rarely ever speak. Another communicates to you through signs, but you are unsure if their presence is hostile or not. -
