Summary
As a child Heinz meets a mer while on vacation in the states with his family for the summer. They spent the summer together and most of the next until an incident involving Roger separates the two. Now 20 years later Heinz has retuned to the states as a renowned marine biologist to work for Danville Aquarium on a top secret research project. That secret project, a mer that is strikingly familiar to Heinz.
