Lyney snorts.
“You’re the worst, nevermind. Archons.” Kinich says, feeling embarrassed and a bit stupid. He lays down on the bed, getting ready to fall asleep and forget about this whole dumb plan.

“You'd think,” Lyney leans back, supporting himself with open palms. “After all, the more people watch, the more you can hide behind the act… but before it all starts, when you’re alone with your thoughts—well, that’s when the act gets hard to hold.”
Kinich finally sits beside him—carefully, like the silence between them might shatter. “Staring at the distance won’t tell you tomorrow’s outcome, though."
Lyney chuckles faintly, though the sound lacks his usual energy. He figures it’s okay since Kinich barely knows what his usual energy even looks like. "You sound so sure. What's the price for a prediction, then?"

Summary
The scent of spices and meat finally brought Kinich back from his daydreams as he sat up from the couch he had been lounging on until now. He was still feeling a bit tired from the trip to Elynas, as it was further away than he originally thought. He had also forgotten to bring a raincoat, so he came back home all wet and soaked, even though Lyney lent him his own. He did not intentionally want to be a bother, after all Kinich knew how to handle these situations as independently as possible, but who the hell could stop him?!

"Boo." Lynette said with a monotone voice, her fingers on Lyney's hips drawing a mildly confused and surprised look from her brother, before she started to tickle him intensely. Not even the 7 archons could stop Lyney from letting out the loudest screech ever recorded in Fontaine's history.
"Gosh, would you stop that, my dear sister?" he tried speaking, but couldn't let out a single normal-sounding word, as Lynette only doubled her efforts. At this point, Lyney could barely stand anymore, tears of laughter filling his eyes. Nevertheless, he had to compose himself, getting reminded of his upcoming date with his lover. "Okay, okay, I guess we've all had our giggles now, but I need you to end your tickling now, as you're ruining my makeup." Lyney spoke up, which finally brought the banter to an end.
