Summary
A desperate prayer from another plane of existence manages to break through to Castiel while on a hunt. A feat that takes an inordinate amount of spellwork, compounded by the fact that his husband had awoken, a few days earlier, from a disturbing dream about the realm, leaves Castiel on edge and concerned for the friends they left behind over a year ago.
