Summary
Tech E. Coyote invents a new laser ray machine that is to make him stronger and demonstrates it to the Loonatics. However, the machine malfunctions, and the ray gives Tech a rather more expansive form. Then, an old foe observes the events and looks to use the machine for his plan of world domination.
