Summary
The war between Humans and A.I. is over. It went about as well as you might expect. The last surviving humans were gathered up by the machines and put into cryosleep until facilities could be constructed to house and study them.
With the humans being revived, the A.I. has devoted considerable time and energy to see to it that their needs are met. Turns out some needs are more... complex than others.
