Adam hadn’t spoken to Ronan in almost a year. The breakup had not been amicable or mutual. Ronan did not understand and wouldn't hear him out, and Adam had run out of patience. It had been messy. They hadn’t had any contact since. Their mutual friends never said his name around Adam. He assumed it was the same on Ronan’s end.
