Stede is seeing Ed and Gia in person for the first time in ten years. He and Ed have been best friends since meeting in University, and they fell out and stopped talking in mid 2007 but have began speaking on the phone again for a year and a half before this. They are now living in different cities, Stede with his family in London working in education, and Ed, famous TV comedy performer and producer, living alone in Los Angeles and sometimes for work in Australia. They both flew to Sydney as soon as they learned the news that Mama had collapsed on the Town Hall Station platform. They will be staying in Ed's rented apartment in Surry Hills and visiting Mama in hospital. This is the story of Stede's day.

This is somewhat very loosely based on my trip to the Gold Coast in August 2025. Other parts is inspiration from Modern Family's Vegas episode.
Even tho I didn't go to Wet N Wild (because it was winter at the time)
In Dreamworld I didn't get to go on the King Claw (cause it was still being built) nor the motor coaster and the shockwave (because they were having on maintenance) and I didn't go onto Dreamworld's iconic Giant Drop because it was too high for me.
I didn't have time to go to Movie world because I didn't have time, but I did go on the rides in 2021.
went on NONE of the rides at Sea World.
