Summary
His wishful thinking is interrupted when the ground begins to shake, softly at first, then violently, shaking the entire house within a matter of seconds. Tommy is panicking, thinking this is it, he’s about to be buried alive under decades old wood and fresh snow.
And as he makes it outside, he sees it.
A huge dark metal train grinding to a halt right at his shelter for the night’s doorstep. The engine’s steam conceals it for a moment, but anyone can easily tell what the machinery was from where Tommy stood.
“ALL ABOARD!” Quickly twisting his body to look behind, stood a man a few feet away, features hard to make out in the mist and shadows. Clenching Henry close to his startled, beating heart, Tommy simply stares. What the fuck is this asshole’s deal?
Or, Tommy climbs the Antarctic Express in search of the one thing he's always wanted, but he's going to have to SURVIVE the ride to the destination first. Thankfully, he's got a few people on his side to help keep him alive, despite how much trouble he attracts
