Summary
When Gerard swallows the pill the guy hands him, he knows without question that he's not coming back from Japan. One way or another, metaphorically or literally, this is it. He's had enough. He's done.
When he wakes up the next morning though, something is seriously different. There's fur where there should be skin, paws where there should be hands, and when he opens his mouth to scream - the sound that comes out is unmistakably a bark.
He's not stupid. Either he's still high (likeliest option) or he's been tasked with some sort of magical fucking transformation quest with mystical requirements to fulfill before he can get his body back (ridiculous option).
When his band mates barge into his hotel room, frantically rifling through his things for clues and calling around to the police, the embassy, hospitals and the morgue - the likelihood of option 2 rises horrifyingly. Trouble is, he has no fucking idea what he's supposed to learn or find or which problem he's meant to solve to get himself out of this mess.
Stuck in a foreign country, in a foreign body, and in a race against time - is Gerard going to fulfill his quest before it's too late?
