Summary
Minerva Mcgonagall would like to make Harry Potter her fifth year male prefect alongside her female candidate, Hermione Granger. Dumbledore rightly raises a potential issue with the idea when she presents her choices though- Harry Potter always, always, gets into trouble of some sort or another. And with Voldemort back, that trouble is likely to only get more extreme. Is it really fair to put more weight on Harry's shoulders?
Its a fair concern, she has to admit. Harry Potter and his friends really do have a knack for finding trouble.
In the end, rather than making a choice solely of her own opinion, she decides to ask Harry if he'd be willing accept the responsibility directly, through a letter delivered by one Remus Lupin.
In finding an answer, Harry discovers that there might be a good deal more to consider than a simple yes or no.

Summary

Summary
Newly anointed Hogwarts prefects Harry Potter and Hermione Granger embark on their journey to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry aboard the brilliantly scarlet Hogwarts Express.
During the ride, they'll be introduced to the head students and some of their fellow peers in student authority positions in the annual pre-term prefects meeting, begin their war with the infamous Weasley twins, and make a start on some of their own ambitions- to make Hogwarts castle a better place for everyone.
Its a tough job that awaits them, but together? They can handle it for sure.
Dark tides are rising in the background, but at least there won't be monsters actually inside of the castle this year, right?
