Summary
Despite what the world believed, the glowing baby was not actually the first person in the world to have what's later known as a 'quirk.' Then again, people don't really believe in youkai anymore, if they did in the first place, much less that psychics could happen without quirks.
There are those that know different, but correcting a human perspective of history is not something they're that interested in. Especially compared to family.
