Summary
Ming is a cop with a checkered past, one month from retirement. Pran is a rookie detective with an unblemished record. When they're partnered together, they experience hate at (not quite) first sight. But then Pat, Ming's estranged son and Pran's ex-boyfriend, is kidnapped by an old enemy of Ming's, and Pran and Ming have to put their differences aside and work together to save him. With any luck, they'll figure out how to do it without killing each other first.
