Summary
Declan slowly approaches Owen from behind, letting one hand drift down to caress over his bare shoulders as he circles around to face him. Owen exhales shakily, and Declan momentarily wishes Owen wasn’t blindfolded; he can tell so much about his clients by looking into their eyes. No matter; they should talk anyway, get to know each other.
“Hello, Owen,” Declan says, keeping a hand on Owen’s shoulder as he comes to a stop in front of him. “My name is Declan. But you can call me ‘Sir.’” He’s pleased at Owen’s soft intake of breath, and how he swallows nervously.
“Yes, sir,” Owen says, his voice crackling slightly. Now it’s Declan’s turn to inhale sharply; he’s been called many names by many clients—Mister, Master, My King, and every once in a while, Daddy. But Sir has always been his favorite; it never fails to get him in the right mindset. And hearing it from Owen’s mouth, just… sends a certain thrill down his spine. He trails his hand along the back of Owen’s neck, enjoying how he trembles under his touch.
“Oh, yes,” Declan whispers, almost to himself, but loud enough for Owen to hear. “I’m going to have fun with you.”
A love story. A very kinky, dirty love story. But a love story nonetheless.

Summary
It would be easier, Nathaniel thinks, if James would get married. But every suitor, no matter how handsome or beautiful or rich or intelligent, he refused.
“Why do you not marry?” Nathaniel had asked him once.
James had smiled at him over his tumbler of gin, his amber eyes dancing in the firelight of nearby torches. Instead of answering, he’d asked, “Why do you not marry, my dear friend?”
Nathaniel’s cheeks had warmed, and he had stuttered through his answer. “I will—I shall. I’m just…” he gestured out with his glass, looking out over the gardens, “waiting for the right person.” The truth was he’d always been content to spend his life buried in his books. Until James had come along. Beautiful, confident James, who was everything Nathaniel never knew he wanted in a companion.
James had reached out, steadying Nathaniel's hand, clinking his tumblr against James’s glass. He’d stared right into Nathaniels' wide eyes as he said softly, “As am I.” He’d held Nathaniel’s gaze, and for one wild, desperate moment, Nathaniel thought James may lean in and kiss him. But James had only lifted his glass to his mouth for another sip, before standing up and offering his arm to Nathaniel to return back to the house.

Summary
Oz has wondered, more than once, what it would be like to bed Helena. Even though she’s only ever known her as the enemy, it’s always been impossible for Oz to look at her without wondering what she sounds like when she comes, or what she would taste like against Oz’s mouth.
Queen Helena is such a graceful, elegantly horrific fighter; to have her naked and vulnerable, stripped bare before her would be an experience Oz would never forget.
Now though, Oz only wonders what she would look like with her head separated from her body.

Summary
“I must admit,” Galen said, leaning forward so his elbows are on his knees, “there is something about you.” He kept his gaze steady on Bax’s face, and Bax tried to fight the warmth spreading on his cheeks. He knew he failed when one corner of Galen’s mouth pulled up. “All of the knights I’ve met—full of bravado and ego. You?” Galen tilted his head, his eyes drifting down to Bax’s chest again, “I sense none of that. Instead, there is something—sparking inside of you. It’s most... curious.” Bax felt pinned down, not only by the magical bindings, but by Galen’s existence.
Galen reached out, running one hand down Bax’s bicep. His palm was warm, sending a pleasant buzz through Baz’s body, straight to his dick. He couldn’t move with how tightly he was bound, but he should want to pull away. He shouldn’t want Galen to press harder into his skin, he shouldn’t imagine that hand smoothing over his chest, moving lower...
“Do you feel it?” Galen asked, his voice low.
Bax has lived his life by a code. What will he do when one quest leads him to a warlock that turns it all upside-down?

Summary
Russell turned to walk away, and Aiden asked, “Are you the new tenant? I’m Aiden; I own the tattoo shop next door to you. The Ink Kink!”
Russell paused, his back still to Aiden, looking at him over his shoulder. Which gave Aiden an absolutely spectacular view of his ass, which Aiden was sure was firm enough to bounce any number of quarters off of.
“Yes,” Aiden’s new neighbor confirmed, and then continued to walk to the back door of his new shop. He walked inside without another word, shutting the door firmly behind him.
“Well then,” Aiden said, his brain still trying to figure out what the fuck just happened, “nice to meet you.”

Summary
“Princess Scarlet,” Carielle said, “it is a pleasure to finally make your acquaintance. I’m King Carielle Grey of the Floating Isles. Welcome to Mightgate.” She sounded stiff even to her ears, and she forced herself to relax.
The surprise Carielle had seen on Scarlet’s face was gone, replaced with a scowl. “I’d thank you for the warm welcome,” she said, each word dripping with venom, “but it’s the least you can do after killing dozens of our people and forcing us into an alliance.”
~~~
Carielle never intended to marry. She’d always assumed she’d die in battle before she got to this point. Her father used to joke that she came out of the womb holding a dagger in each hand.
But her father is dead, and now Carielle is the King, and she’s not only getting married, but to a woman she’s never met.
It would be nice if her future wife could at least stand to be in the same room with her.
Summary
“I’m sorry this happened to you,” Adrian said to Eric, who was still staring at him. Adrian was used to that; even before the fire, with his numerous scars and gruff demeanor, many people would stare longer at him than most strangers. But now that he had the burn scars, uglier than any of his others, now that he limped and used a cane, those stares lasted far longer than usual. Just another reason why he rarely left campus.
But there was something different about the way Eric looked at him, something unnerving in his gaze, in those almost unnaturally amber eyes… Adrian couldn’t quite place it, but he almost felt as though they’d met before.
He wasn’t sure what he was expecting from the boy, perhaps for him to be fearful, or even angry, at being uprooted from whatever his life had been before. But he certainly wasn’t expecting Eric to shrug his shoulders, and for his mouth to pull up into a smile.
“I’m not,” Eric said. “It’s the best thing that ever happened to me.”
~~~
After a lifetime of vampire hunting, a mission-gone-bad sends Adrian into retirement. He starts teaching at a school for supernatural beings… and one day, a new student walks in.
One that feels very familiar.

Summary
“You sure are friendly,” he said. “You have an owner somewhere nearby?”
The cat looked at him, and then curled into some weird bendy shape, her paws up in the air as a loud purr filled the air. The invitation was clear: ‘Touch the belly. Rub it. You know you want to.’
Ugh, he thought, that’s so fucking cute. And totally a trap.
~~~
A year ago, Jamie’s father passed away. He’s spent the past year going through the motions, trying to make up for past mistakes. When a thieving little cat takes up residence in his life, she helps him realize maybe there isn’t anything to make up for.
