Summary
"Scenarios where Yuta tells him that he's done with it, he's tired of all the sadness Doyoung keeps bringing into his life, a whole goddamn cloud of it, raining on his parade, every single time. Doyoung has had these thoughts manifest into nightmares and scare the sleep out of him. And now that it's ending, Doyoung is amazed at how different it is from all the possible endings he'd been preparing himself for. All the possible endings he'd been frightened of. All the possible endings that he'd have accepted better than this."
(Or, Kim Doyoung and the growing pains.)

Summary
"Why do you keep visiting me?", Doyoung asks, and there's this mirth in his voice but an underlying nervousness, "I mean, I know my personality is magnetic and my aura is powerful, but also, you've got your own life, haven't you?"
"I do because I like to."
"No one likes to come to the hospital everyday to see a person they're barely friends with," Doyoung says, and Taeyong stares at him. He looks frailer. Weaker. He's had two respiratory attacks in the last three days. His eyes are set in cave sized dark circles that make him look like a raccoon. Taeyong knows the other's not slept properly in a long while.
"You know why I come to visit you," Taeyong says.
"I don't. And you don't either, and that's okay," Doyoung replies, and pulls Taeyong's hand into his own.
(Or, Lee Taeyong, Kim Doyoung, and things better left unsaid.)
