It was something Yusaku could appreciate now, in the aftermath, at the end of it all. How much it really meant to have had everyone stand with him through it all.
So he wanted to make the effort, so that they could see how much he really had appreciated it.

Summary
It is often not until you finally have a moment to breathe, that you realize how long you've gone without air.

It strikes him then, surrounded by people he can now call friends as they plan for an event three months from now, that he has a future. Yusaku was not prepared to have a future, in none of his plans did he imagine what came after. Yusaku was almost certain that something along the line would end it all, because revenge was not nearly as satisfying as people thought it might be, it was simply a means to an end.
