Summary
Sequel to "The best family is the one you choose". Jake and Holt are only just figuring out their new father-son relationship thing when Jake gets himself injured during a case. Holt is worried, Jake is abashed. Set during S2E20, AC/DC (because it's not fair that only Terry gets to be concerned). Fluff, hurt/comfort.
