  1. neatly refelctive of their own upbringings, too. if the clones retell it with ijaan's beskar being their legion colours, of curse it makes sense that jango- obsessed with revenge against the jedi for galidraan- would say its gold. and of course din's covert- trying to stay hidden- would choose justice over vengence. in the end, the outcome is the same (at least in the story), but 'justice' is the quieter of the two, and once it's done, it's done. revenge just... keeps going. you get past one, you go for the next. jango didn't care which jedi were actually on galidraan, just that jedi WERE. the covert would probably encourage settling scores but not purely out of hate/spite. whatever improbably looking too close into it. GAH this is good

    1. That was the point. I wanted a Mando myth and this was just a great story. Boba and Din arguing over colors because the story has been told seven thousand different ways. Clones making up meanings for colors like brown, purple and teal.
