    This is all great stuff obviously, good changes and I appreciate the work y'all have done.

    But wow, imagine being popular enough to gets spam comments. I don't think I could ever be that popular. My stuff is femslash-centric in a fandom that's probably at least 50% a single m/m ship by work density, and my one big fic is heavy on original content. I guess that's just how it goes.

      Oddly, the wave of spam I got was on my obscure fics rather than my popular ones!

        I've gotten two spam comments on a fic with like 10 hits and one chapter that I wrote back in 2023 and then realized I hated. But on my one/two popular fics there are no spammers in sight. It's an odd thing.

      Дело не в популярности, дело в том, на каком языке ты пишешь работы и комментарии. Не знаю, у всех ли те же сообщения, какими завалены русскоязычные ребята, но это нереально раздражает.

      Apart from one, I tend to write for smaller fandoms yet I’ve still had spammers in my comments (and kudos bots). As mentioned, maybe it only makes sense to the spammers and bots.
