Summary
A psychological thriller of madness, manipulation, and the slow unraveling of truth.
When a well-known, beloved family is found slaughtered in their home, the only suspect is a 27-year-old man discovered at the scene, blood-soaked, shaking, and whispering things no one could understand. Park Seonghwa is quickly declared unstable and confined to a secure psychiatric facility for observation. He claims he didn’t kill anyone. But his stories, fractured, poetic, delusional, make little sense to anyone who hears them.
Except one man.
Enter Kim Hongjoong, a calm, intelligent forensic psychiatrist consultant assigned to the case. At first, he appears gentle. Professional. Curious. He tells Seonghwa he believes him, when no one else does. He listens patiently as Seonghwa speaks of shadows that don’t move right, voices that steal his name, and the thing inside the walls that wore someone else’s face.
As trust deepens and Seonghwa begins to open up, the lines between truth and madness begin to blur. Because in a place built to cage the broken, sometimes the most dangerous person isn’t the one on the other side of the glass. It’s the one holding the key.

Summary
Eyes wide awake, bewildered, astonished, and afraid, "Who is this man in front of me?"" Hongjoong thought to himself, staring in wonder at the man in the black suit, mask, and fedora hat. Hongjoong sat uneasily as the man with the fedora hat approached him; it was uncomfortable for him to look at him alone. Hongjoong startled when the man in a fedora hat approached him, carrying an hourglass. He thought, "It's more than just an hourglass," as he looked at the man in a fedora hat who was taking off his mask. "You lost your dream not because of the tough reality, but because you guys decided to," the man said to him. Hongjoong was taken aback by the man's resemblance to himself, sending shivers down his spine, as the man bore a striking resemblance to him. No, he looked like Hongjoong.

Summary
They’re in rehearsal before their last two concerts in Kobe when it happens. It’s just one bad landing, his foot slipping where the stage is dented slightly in one place. No one else notices at first, but Seonghwa feels more than hears the sickening pop in his knee.
The pain that erupts through his body makes dark spots appear, dancing, in his field of vision. He looks around, but no one is there to catch him, so he stays upright, tears springing to his eyes.
Seonghwa and the difficult art of letting yourself be taken care of.

Summary
Just like he promised, Hongjoong had his homework ready the next day. It was done perfectly and meticulously. Maybe a little too good for a student of Seonghwa’s caliber, but he’ll take it.
He ruffled Hongjoong’s hair and cooed, “See, that wasn’t so hard, was it?”
Hongjoong simply smiled and nodded back. And so he became the perfect pet.
(Or, Fuckboy Seonghwa gets violently humbled when he targets ‘nerd’ Hongjoong)

Maybe one of the best fics I've read. The push and pull between the characters, the character development and also the unexpected sweetness!! Seonghwa was such an interesting character and I'm glad that he found out who he really is :')

Summary
Hongjoong had been in love with Seonghwa for as long as he could remember. He had first seen him at just the shy age of seven, in his uncle’s academy, with his hands wrapped too tightly around the handle of a sword so polished that it could only indicate the presence of a future monarch.
They had grown up together, in the intricate hallways of the vacation house Seonghwa’s father owned in their Kingdom, in the flower fields located just behind the estate, by the banks of the river that flowed through the woods. They had shared their first kiss on the night of Seonghwa’s eighteenth birthday by the same river, too, under the warm and careful gaze of the moon.
No one but the moon knew they had kissed, and Hongjoong was far too giddy with that information to even notice how Seonghwa had never once let go of him that night.
With the light of the following day’s sun, however, Seonghwa was gone, back to his own Kingdom without so much as a word. And Hongjoong was left all alone, with no one to cry his heart out to but the moon.
or
Hongjoong writes letters to Seonghwa that he would take with him to his grave.
