A quirk accident causes Izuku to switch places with his fourteen year old self.
"You get into UA. You become a hero, Izuku."
Izuku's eyes fill with tears. "You're making fun of me, aren't you?" He wipes at his eyes. “That's mean, Kacchan."
Guilt and shame and a hundred other ugly feelings rear up inside him as he understands. Why would fourteen year old Izuku believe anything Katsuki told him? When the only Katsuki he knew was the terrible bully he'd used to be. Katsuki feels a little nauseous. He thinks about his Izuku and hopes he's okay.

Summary
Jumping in front of Izuku, Katsuki gets hit with a quirk. It makes him believe he and Izuku are married. If the quirk is broken, it can cause Katsuki servere mental damage, meaning Izuku has to play along until Shinso comes back from his mission. Izuku, wanting to save his duo partner, agrees to be Katsuki's pesudo-husband for the next week.
But what happens when the illusion blends into reality, and Izuku realizes things about himself and Katsuki?
