Having a soulmate is having a bond where all physical pain and wounds are shared. Everyone has a soulmate, whether they want one or not, and Marinette isn't too sure which side of the fence she's on. Because her soulmate hurts themselves, and in turn, hurts her.

Chat Noir has always known that he and Ladybug have had this unspoken love, has always known that they were soulmates. Upon finding out that she doesn't understand this quite as well, he's determined to do whatever it takes to convince her, even if it means betraying the very reasons for their friendship. Even if it means doing the one thing he's not supposed to do. Because isn't love more important than all of that? Isn't she?
One night. Two heroes. A villain. A few friends. A teacher.

teen rating mostly for swearing, which gets worse as you get further into the story
(first fic so just know that I write this story with improvement in my mind, so stick with me in the first few chapters if the quality is low, I'd like to think I've improved the writing and will continue to as this story goes on :))
