Summary
Following the events of Youmu's messy journey to the Animal Realm, her mistress, Yuyuko, takes a keen interest in one of the central actors of the incident, the goddess Keiki Haniyasushin, and invites her and her haniwa retainer to break bread and be merry. Keiki is more than happy to put her plans on hold to make new connections and relax, but Mayumi carries an unresolved grudge that could boil over at any moment.
Yuyuko has the brilliant idea to host a sparring match between her and Keiki's closest attendant, and while Youmu wishes for nothing more than an honorable duel, Mayumi has her pride---and her reason for living on the line. As swords are drawn in the Hakugyokurou's gardens, far more than a friendly clash of blades will transpire...
