Beloved stories based in other eras. Find modern aus for historical tales, historical aus for modern stories, historical stories that reach even further back or even timeskip so far into the future it's practically sci-fi. Stories that cover multiple timelines so as the fics' main story isn't set in the same era as the original media.

Time travel is out of bounds, as are multiverses and canon era/world skips. I love 'em but they don't belong here.
