Just another Percy is Voldemort's grandson fic, cuz im craving them and I've read them all.
1 work is the prologue. You should definetly read that one first if you want everything else to make sense. It mostly deals with how Sally was brought up and how she landed in america
2 work is the actual story, obviously. it is mostly written from percy and Harrys pov, with more of a focus on Percy, but other povs exist. everything 3rd person of course
