Summary
Buck is all in. He’s one-hundred percent, give em everything he’s got, will do anything Maddie asks—
“You can’t tell anyone,” Maddie suddenly becomes so serious Buck feels like he has whiplash.
He blinks a few times, brow furrowed, “Well, yeah I know that.”
“No, Buck,” Maddie leans forward covering his hand with her own, “I mean it. No one else is allowed to know about this.”
Buck opens his mouth, but Maddie reads him like the traitorous sister that she is and cuts him off by saying, “That includes Eddie.”
“Maddie,” Buck whines, and he’s very well aware at how pathetic it sounds, “that’s not fair! It’s — he’s — it’s Eddie!”
[or Maddie wants to propose to Chimney. She gets Buck involved. Buck can't tell anyone. He somehow proposes to Eddie instead.]

However, they accidentally forgot one *tiny* detail when they walked into work.

Summary
If there was one thing that Eddie Diaz knew, it was that life was not fair.
His two tours weren’t fair. His son’s CP wasn’t fair. His marriage with Sharon hadn’t been fair.
But pulling up to the 118, stepping out of his truck, and coming face to face with Buck? Buck, who was clad only in his turnout pants and suspenders, who was dripping wet?
Well, that wasn’t just unfair, that was mean. -

Summary
'The potion in question was, as far as I can tell, of suitable strength to do its job. Merlin's power would have offered him no defence. There is, of course, one universal antidote against any magics that meddle in matters of the heart...'
'Which is?' Arthur demanded, raising his eyebrows.
Gaius sighed, casting a tired, apologetic look in Merlin's direction. 'If the target of a love spell is already truly, deeply devoted to someone – if they love another without question or pause – then no spell can take hold.'
'You're saying that it didn't work because Merlin already loves someone?' The words felt thin between his lips, straining to get past the sudden, leaden feeling in his chest. It felt like someone had plunged their hand inside him and caught his heart in the cage of their fist, and Arthur was left breathless as he tried to speak around the awful sensation.

When a love potion fails to affect Merlin because his heart has already been claimed, Arthur is left wondering who has earned Merlin's devotion
