Tommy’s eyes were focused on the alley floor, and they were staying that way.
Because if he looked at the man, or even thought about his name or his reputation, he wouldn’t be able to deny the situation any longer.
“Little bird.” The man’s voice sharpened. “Look at me.”
He scrunched his eyes shut, but a taloned hand grabbed his face and adjusted it roughly, forcing him to look at the man.
And his breath caught in his throat.
Because he was face-to-face with Acheron.

Summary
He lets Techno hold him after his outbursts, exhausted and drained, lets the piglin chuff and purr and take care of him.
It was his only source of comfort throughout all of this, when Techno would hold him and let him doze off in his arms, all bundled up and warm, fed and sleepy. It was funny to think that his kidnapper was his source of comfort out in the snowy forests of Antartica, but here he was.
Slowly he was starting to see Techno less and less as a predator, and more like a friend if anything. It was kind of terrifying how fast his instincts switched up on him, latching onto Techno like a life line. He hates it— he hates it so fucking much but theres no way he can just stop it from happening.
Or Tommy, after being revealed as an avian, is kidnapped by Techno as a gift for Phil.

He knows his voice isn’t anything, not when Siren hovers over him, stronger, faster, and more powerful. A nationwide threat towering over a teenager. “Si, if you don’t let me go-”
“You’ll what?” Siren challenges, “Tell me, what?”
Tears brim in Tommy’s eyes. Really, sometimes, he does feel too young for this.
“I’ll- I’ll make you, I’ll make you hear-” Tommy doesn’t want to though, not to Siren, not to his friend (but to a villain, to survive, must he?). “I’ll make you hear bad things.”
Siren hums sadly. “But you won’t, will you? Just as I’d never use my power to hurt you.”
Tommy’s heart takes a normal beat for the first time since Siren grabbed him. “Yeah,” He exhales in relief.
“But you’re not being safe, are you?” Siren lets go of Tommy’s hands. “So don’t use your power and stay still.”

There’s a dying hunger in Wilbur’s voice. Tommy knows without the silver, Wilbur would latch on with a lockjaw and never let go.
Tommy holds the knife tighter, with a vengeance.
Through gritted teeth, he screams in frustration, “Not when you keep me like- like a pet! And fucking chase me!”
“Then we’ll work on teaching you not to run.”
