There are, of course, people who don't engage in this kind of activity, but this world is a flip-side to ours in that anyone who doesn't engage in it would be seen as unusual or different.

Jenny Stewart's life fell apart in one single night. Her parents' financial crimes destroyed her family's reputation, stole her college fund, and left her with exactly one option: accept her aunt's offer to fund her education at Rosie Baughm University, a school with a very particular approach to student discipline.
At RBU, every freshman is assigned an Accountability Partner: an upperclassman who monitors their schedule, enforces behavioral expectations, and has the authority to administer discipline when rules are broken.
