Danny and Tim have known each other for a year, have been dating for months, and are very happy. Sure, Tim would prefer if his boyfriend let him help him at least get a nicer apartment, or even an internship at WE but Danny won't let him. “What the fuck was that!?” Jason exclaimed, shock briefly making him forget the fear bleeding into him from the Pit. Phantom turned to him, mouth opening to respond, only to freeze and go wide eyed as he fully looked at Jason for the first time.
“What the fuck are you?” he gasped. Jason stiffened and backed up warily. The rest of his family tensed and took a protective step forward. “No,” Phantom continued, eyes squinting in inspection, “a more accurate question would be what the fuck was done to you.”
“Why? Do I bother you?” Jason snarled. The Pit was writhing in his chest, as though trying to flee.
“Oh it definitely bothers me. Hmm… yeah, no I can’t let that go.”
Failing to stop the summoning of the King of the Ghosts, the Batfam find themselves in a strange scenario when the summoned King refuses to take over the world and instead becomes incredibly interested in one of their own: Jason Todd.

The class project from Mr. Lancer was supposed to last only a semester. Danny figured he’d do the minimum three letters to be exchanged with the one school Lancer could find willing to be Casper High School’s partner, write the stupid ‘journal’ entry on what he learned from the experience, and be done with it. But here it was, more than a year and countless letters later.
What do you even say to a penpal? ‘Hi, the weather here was great, the weather report warns the town if my dad is expected on the road and my Calc test got rescheduled because the Lunch Lady didn’t like the new dessert options’?
Turns out, just that. Because Danny gets back ‘That sucks, dude. It rained here, my foster brother got kidnapped again and he’s sad. Lunch Lady and Condiment King should never meet. I think I still smell like relish from his attack last week’.
