At the start of the school year, every first year at UA takes a test written by Principal Nezu himself. This test is designed not only to test one's academic performance, but their will to keep going in the face of impossible odds. This test, dubbed the Hell Test by students and faculty alike, is grueling for grown adults with months to study, so doing well on it as a first year with no prep time is nigh impossible.
So why is Midoriya flying through it as if it's nothing?

Midoriya Izuku knows how to walk the delicate line between doing so poorly that his teachers publicly humiliate him and doing so well that he gets dragged into the principal's office and accused of cheating. He's been walking it since he was four, after all.
But things are different at UA, and he miscalculates. Badly. And more than one secret is revealed as a result.

When All for One learned that the process of Nomu creation would be slow, he allowed Dr. Garaki free reign of experimentation in order to create the perfect specimen. His work with corpses were all well and good, but he wanted to create a Nomu from a living being. So, learning that the quirk factors of children were more... pliable, he nabbed as many as he could get his hands on and then subjected them to several experiments. Once he perfected the technique, he started injecting the quirks of active pro-heroes into his subjects, thanks to DNA gathered at Jaku General Hospital.
Unfortunately for him, one of them was too smart for his own good.

Summary
Izuku was quirkless. That was just one of the lies he'd been told his entire life.
Now he’s taken in by the Winged Hero, Hawks, and finds himself able to fly as well.
(Or the one where Izuku has a special kind of copying quirk and nearly everything changes. Izuku gets a bird dad, Hitoshi gets a rabbit mom, Edgeshot is their scary smart uncle, and Dabi would commit more than a few murders for all of them. The rest of the Todorokis somehow throw themselves into the mix eventually.)

Summary
From a young age, Izuku had to hide his quirk. At first, he did it because his dad asked him to, because it was something special that he shared with him. It wasn't too long before he started hiding it in shame. When he finally meets his idol, All Might, Izuku decides he can't live like that anymore. He has to take down his villainous father, All for One, no matter how much it hurts.
Basically, I looked at some fan theories about Dr Tsubasa, All for One, and Izuku and then decided, 'Hey, I want to make a fic!"
The first arc is finished! And it can be read as a standalone fic. But why do that when there's more?
